Concept Mill 55
This dual purpose machining centre with an optional 8 station Automatic Tool Changer is the ideal solution for training students in further education when large industrial machines are not suitable. Its role in education is defined by its interchangeable control systems. The software can be switched in a minute from FANUC 0M/21M control to SIEMENS 840D or Heidenhain TNC 426/430 fully supported by Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain CNC control system site licenses with control keyboard operation..
The Concept Mill 55 can be integrated into FMS and CIM systems. The robotics interface can not only control the peripheral equipment (such as automatic door, vice, etc.) but also connect the machine to other machines or devices (e.g. loading and unloading robots). The DNC interface allows programs to be started from the master computer
The Concept Mill 55 is available with a comprehensive machine stand with built in tool storage draw and PC compartment.
