GOLmatic Tool Post Grinder

For internal and external rotary grinding unit to fit various applications.



The Tool Post Grinder (Support Grinder) has especially been developed for internal and external rotary grinding work with GOLmatic machine tools.  It can also be used with every manual lathe.

External rotary grinding with grinding disks of up to 100 mm and a speed of 6000 rev/min (left version)

Internal rotary grinding with grinding pins and a transmission ratio 0f 2400 rev/min (left version)

 

The design of the GOLmatic Support Grinder allows it to be used on ALL lathes, for internal grinding, external grinding and plane grinding (standard, right version).

SPECIAL FEATURE:

 

The Golmatic Tool Post Grinder(Support Grinder) can be used on the left as well as on the right.  By this, it is possible to equip with a cone also the workpiece part that faces the tailstock.  The grinding support can also be placed at the backside, behind the workpiece.  By this, the surface that is being machined can be seen more conveniently (for arrangement of grinding disks please see rotary grinding machine).  For this, the spindle is removed from the spindle holder and turned, the motor holder plate is exchanged for the left one and the grinding disk flange, too is echanged for the left one (with LH thread).
